Do’s

  • Keep the area clean and dry for the first 24 hours
  • Apply prescribed healing ointment as directed
  • Use SPF 50+ sunscreen once healed
  • Stay well-hydrated to support healing
  • Follow up as scheduled for additional sessions

Don’ts

  • Don’t pick, scratch, or peel scabs
  • No direct sun exposure during healing
  • Avoid makeup on treated area until fully healed
  • Don’t use harsh cleansers or exfoliants

Common Questions

How many sessions will I need?

Most cosmetic tattoos require 3-6 sessions, spaced 2-4 weeks apart. Factors include pigment density, depth, colors used, and how long you’ve had the permanent makeup.

Is picosecond laser treatment painful?

We use our Cryo cooling machine for comfort.  If topical numbing cream is desired, it can be prescribed for your to apply prior to your treatment. Discomfort level varies depending on density of ink.

What’s the recovery time?

Expect some redness and swelling for 1-3 days, especially around the eyes.

Can I remove microblading with a picosecond laser?

Yes! Picosecond laser treatment is highly effective for removing all types of permanent eyebrow tattooing, including microblading, powder brows, ombré brows, and combination brows. It’s also excellent for preparing the area for a new set of brows.
